Re: The Official NBA Media Thread pt IX
You should have said it was about the last 9 seconds of the 3rd quarter.
I've been watching the last 9 seconds of the match a dozen times trying to figure out what I was supposed to look at.

When I first saw it I couldn't even see what happened, as if my brain rejected the possibility of any basketball player being this stupid. Even the refs were so confused they just followed it.

If all you have to contribute are photos from the NBA Memes page on FB, please leave.
None of them are even remotely funny.

Look at the rim the girl shooting the free throw is shooting. The girl on the other team then scores a basket on the same side as the girl on the opposite team was just shooting (and scoring on her own basket). Then the other team forgets where they are and in bounds the ball and starts running toward their own basket (the opposite one from where they were shooting free throws at the beginning of the video).
Is it really that hard to understand?

I can't believe it had to be explained like that.

Is it too much to expect human decency when asking a simple question?
Thanks for the explanation cb4; I could have done without the snobby attitude at the end tho.
Things that could cause confusion:
1. The original video was 1 hour and change long.
2. The comment was made "watch the last 9 seconds" so I watched the last 9 seconds of the video. Didn't see anything of note --- oh look, they meant the last 9 seconds OF THE GAME.
3. Having only watched the last 9 seconds, I have no prior knowledge of which direction players are going, nor am I emotionally invested, nor do I really care enough to use more brain power than it takes to watch gifs/look at pictures in the MEDIA THREAD.
