I told you guys he would not accept anything short 20 mil per. You guys foolishly thought a player would give up over 50 mil to win.

I am still hoping I was wrong about Melo.

we can't get him a 5th year and he gets bigger raises in NYC. besides we can't execute the sign and trades to give him a max. we would be left without a team to put around him. just as well imo. I think we're better off without him.

On defense yes. Outside of that. No sir. Gasol was nearly a 17-10 player in 31 mins per in a offense that did not fit him.
This Taj is better than Gasol stuff is absolute lunacy.

A few weeks ago, Sam Smith wrote that the feeling in the NBA was that Melo was using the Bulls to force NY to give him his max.

exactly. and now Lebron is going to get max money and so many other players got "paid" already this summer. He was never going to take $15m and one less year to "weeen".
