A+++ Phil Emery is a Boss, never had a GM like him. O-line was weak the year before he attacks it, D-line was weak last season this off season he Attacks it. Uncle Phil is a Beast. Allen - Ratliff - Paea/Sutton - Houston is gonna be a top five D-Line easily.
