This story is Rose Camp PR to take away from Rose working out for Anthony. Now that there is a huge possibility that Melo may stay in NY (ugh, stupidity on him if that does happen) Rose team had to turn that story around to not make him look like a fool. Of course assumption but make sense to me..

Why? All we heard about Rose being involved is that Melo "saw him work out." This story is consistent with that.

If Rose was involved in the recruiting, why wasn't his name mentioned alongside Noah and Taj?

Same here. It could be part of the reason why the FO are not that aggresive on trading for Love.

I don't think that's what he's saying. What he's saying is the brass didn't ask him to be part of the recruiting process, the pitch if you will, and saw Melo at the UC while the brass gave Melo a tour.

Rose may of not been involved in the meeting but he damn well knew Melo was gonna be there today and im guessing the bulls told him to be working out so melo could see his health wasn't an issue
