i fully believe this. Did anyone know about Gordon being chosen? the other Gordon being signed? AA to Denver?

If something about us is in the news, i dont believe it. Yes, i know other people are involved, but Henny seems to work behind the scenes. Tells agents and other teams, put our cr@p in the news and I wont deal with you again.

I agree for the most part, but wasn't Redick rumored to go to Milwaukee for a couple weeks before the Harris trade?

Fournier isnt a starting pg my man. Im all, for them starting together but dipo would be the full time pg with evan being the secondary ball handler.

Exactly what I think will happen. I just have a hunch that they will complement each other so well.

Thanks for the stats! I certainly won't try to refute what the numbers are saying here. It looks like Nicholson has been a great defender playing against the second and third unit big men.

The question would be, how will he perform against 1st string big men. I don't think Maxiell would continue to guard 1st string big men and only allow 23% on post ups and by the same token I wouldn't expect Nicholson to have the same level of success as our starting PF. I wish we could compare these stats against starters vs. bench players.

As far as his shooting the same principle applies, but i really wouldn't be as worried because he has proven his shooting and post ups against starters in his first year here as both a starter and 2nd string player. Also seeing his skill set, it is hard to see him being effective offensively, especially since we wouldn't need him to be a high usage player.

Anyways, your stats talked me off the ledge about Nicholsons potential, but I am not sold on him as a starter.

Aaron Gordon moves pretty well and do like his body/athleticism but you can also see how raw he is.

He is a bit of a project but if his body continues to grow as some have speculated and improves his shot, he could be a nice player.

Big expectations for Elfrid Payton too. The Magic gave up a likely future mid-first round pick and their 2nd next year while passing on Dante Exum and Marcus Smart for him.

The Magic wanted the big and the point guard and felt this was their best play over Exum/smart and julius Randle as a big.

Both have those high expectations and this week, a lot of us will get some impressions of both.

Rumors is that the Cavs are shopping Jack and willing to package him with a pick for cap space. I would love this move. Jack seems like a great character guy and would be a great back up point guard and shooting guard.

With what I have saw so far in 2 quarters of play this is my analysis

- Dipo will start as our PG
- Payton is no where near starting level and will be a backup
- Gordon looks a bit lost and certainly is not going to start at PF for us
- Gordon might have to play more SF position than PF
- Curry will make the team
- Dedmon will make the team

Projected Lineup

Dipo/Payton/Curry
Fournier/Green/BG
Harris/Harkless/Gordon
OQuinn/Gordon/Nicholson
Vuc/OQuinn/Dedmon

Bottom 5 team in the east.

I think we might be regretting passing up on Exum unfortunately.

Projecting anything from a half of a game of summer league is probably the worst thing you can do.

Everybody relax it is only 1/2 of the first summer league game. It is way to early to make any kind of assessments.

MCW look horrible early on for Philly last year in SL. Don't make any crazy speculations.
