Great deal for the Mavs and for Dirk.
Lebron to Dallas is a complete pipe dream though, only for the reason that even if Lebron went there and turned them into a 3-peat championship team, they would still be 2nd fiddle in town to the religious institution called the Dallas Cowboys better known as 'America's Team'.

Cuban would gladly take the three additional championships. I'm sure Nowitzki wouldn't mind, either.

I don't think Lebron would mind much since he's a huge Cowboys fan.
