I'm a bit worried that Phil will call Melo's bluff considering a lot of reporters have already picked up on that being the possible motivation.

‏@TimBontemps
This Lakers talk w/ Carmelo feels like one of two things: either he is angling for full max from Knicks or trying to force a S&T to Chicago.

I don't need this type of stress in my life, I promised myself in 2010 I would never do this again :(

He's the guy who got all the credit that should have went to Carl for breaking Kidd to the Bucks

Actually CAA's main hub is in Los Angeles, but they have satellite offices in New York, Nashville and London.

Yes. To most recent one...Ralph said the Bulls were very interested in Doug Mcdermott and then a week or so later rumor's came out that the Bulls were trying to move up to draft him.

What did Ralph say?
Kris Bryant will go down as the greatest Chicago athlete after MJ

edit 7/30/21: okay maybe not, but it was a fun ride nonetheless

The 1st rounder(S) are valuable and refusing to do a sign and trade is bad for future relationships especially doing so to a CAA client

Phil is no dummy he won't let Melo walk for nothing

I'm very familiar with Phil Jackson. And that dude is more than a little nuts. Throw out logic and probability, he's probably consulting an 8-ball for the answers. And I don't mean the toy.

Lol. I can see that.

Of course want Melo almost any way short of gutting the team, not Butler AND Gibson.
But the greatest satisfaction would come from seeing Boozer on the Knicks, when Phil caves
and does a S&T rather than lose him for nada.

Hey, a guy can dream, right?

Huh? I have a number of fat friends, I mean acquaintances, that do coke.

I thought it was supposed to be an appetite suppressant

wasn't doing coke known as the hollywood diet or something like that in the 80's?

Then Chicago threatens to clear cap space and leave Phil with squat.

Also, there was a recent report that said Phil would at least listen to the ideas of Boozer's involvement in a sign-and-trade.

I could be incorrect, but I believe Ralph had mentioned the Bulls liked Mcdermott multiple times.

I know they have other offices, but he asked where they were based.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

For some people, it's an appetite suppressant. For Chris Farley, it allowed him to eat faster.

It would be pretty funny to see the Knicks board hope in Phil crushed if they took on Boozer and didn't get a great haul in return. I'd almost feel bad for them, considering what they gave up for Melo.
