If they all stay, including the cap holds, Miami has less than 10 mil to spend.
Signing Deng, Morrow/Carter/Marion, Birdman, and Hill is on the other side of the improbable spectrum.

I think if you tossed the Bulls, then Wiz, then Pacers at them it would've looked like more of a struggle, especially since Wade would've fell even faster.
