The only reason Melo hasn't signed yet is because he's trying to give Phil time to shed salary and possibly move Amare's contract. Once he knows what players are or aren't an option, he can tailor his contract to best serve the Knicks roster and himself. And yes... Lebron is an option.

That is all!

Now you guys can go back to worrying over statements not made by Melo or his camp.

I actually just heard from someone credible that Melo dropped off his two dogs, Labradors, to a groomer in Highland Park next to Chicago. That was this morning so he's there right now.
