FWIW for us, Saric was just a throw in for the Howard deal for us.

 It's hilarious how some feel the Howard deal set the Magic up for greatness. Wake me up when Vucevic, Elfrid Payton, and Mo Harkless are center pieces for a contender or even make one (1) All-star Game, between them.

I heard Exum's workout with your team didn't went well. What's the scoop?

Oladipo played Exum one vs one, and the word is Exum looked completely over matched against Oladipo.

Seems dubious, agents rarely let their clients work out against current NBA players. I can't recite one example tbh.

Oladipo and Exum are really good friends, if that helps.

showed some flashes his first SL game

statline not impressive, handle (left hand) and shot need work, but not a bad start (for summer league)

did i mention it's just summer league? sorry, reminding myself, more than anything.

repeat after me, self. summer league. summer league. summer league.

jeremy lamb looked like t-mac in summer league. royce white looked like magic johnson in summer league. anthony bennett looked like larry johnson in preseason (harder test than summer league).

repeat after me, self. summer league. summer league. summer league.

Exum was amazing yesterday. He looks even more like point-guard-Kobe than he did at the 2013 Hoops Summit.

Clearly he's going to be the GOAT.

Exum looked great, amazing speed, but man did that guy ever dribble the ball with his other hand?

Only if he has someone beat going left. If he doesn't fix that the scouting report will be out on him before SL is over which I think is the reason behind him playing off the ball next to Trey inside of running point.

Thanks for the game tape, rockmanslim. Sure he needs work. He's still only 18 years old, for Pete's sake! I'm telling you right now: This kid is going to be a good ball player. I laughed at the green GOAT post and I'm not saying anything like that. Just that he won't bust. Give him two years before you judge. Let him grow up a little bit, refine his game, learn from his coaches and experiences, then we'll all see what he can become.

Yes, based on his draft #.

Should be more like in the 20's.

But that's what happens when people can't see you enough to know that you suck.
If he played 4 years of college he'd get exposed and be barely drafted.

Overplay his right and he disappears on the right/left crossover. He'll tighten up his handle, safest pick in the draft.

He played alright, but he really didn't look better than Smart or Payton, who people aren't calling stars

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Kobe Bryant annihilated Jerry Stackhouse 1-on-1 during Kobe's predraft workout (when Stackhouse was an All Star I believe). It was written in one of those tell-all novels, forgot which one.

Kobe was in HS. Not a pre draft workout.

Ugh that FT percentage is ugly.

Funnily enough I think the guy with the biggest bust potential also has the biggest upside potential, Embiid.

All because of injuries. I don't trust big men with injuries this early in their career. I've been hurt too many times.

Thats pretty common, hence the term big risk, big reward. If there wasnt a greater reward you wouldnt take on the risk.

Do you think Micheal-Carter Williams is going to be an all-star one day? Well Payton at 2 1/2 years younger is already better than him.

No. I don't think Michael Carter Williams will be an All-star. He'll probably be watching, just like Payton, Harkless and Vucevic. Feel better.

I think Payton will be a multi time all-star, but we'll have to wait and see.
