We'd probably give Cordero but we'd want Dukes and some prospects- not just a player swap.

I'd stay away from him...here's the latest from this winner:

A 17-year-old foster girl living with a relative of Elijah Dukes told police the Devil Rays outfielder got her pregnant.
The girl, expected to give birth Nov. 5, told investigators she and Dukes had consensual sex on the living room sofa. She said Dukes got angry when she and another person confronted him about the pregnancy. "Yeah, we sat down and told him and he got mad and threw a Gatorade at me," she told investigators. Dukes is already known to have had at least five children with four different women.

Like I said on the Wiz board, he's on pace to shatter all of Kemp's records. He's also been arrested a bunch of times and his wife just filed a restraining order against him.

I'd try and go get Adam Dunn from the Reds first.

i had had two martinis at this point so i asked her if he every shouted DAGGER in the bedroom with her.

she looked at me kinda strangely and said she had no idea what DAGGER meant.

5 children, 4 women (girls), 4 years.

Impressive.

Kemp would be proud.

The problem with getting Dunn is that you have to play him at first because if you put him in the outfield, we'd have the worse outfield in baseball.

Secondly, they have to get him signed under a long term contract. He has a player option for next season which he will drop.

Well, a few months later and he's ours.

Bowden has done a good job of buying low on young players. Kearns, Lopez, Pena, and now Milledge and Dukes.

That said, Dukes is a scumbag. It's going to be tough to root for him.

Hopefully a change of scenery would do him good. If Dukes puts it all together, he could have a big impact on this team.
