The Panthers new video board is amazing. In 10 more years they should have that size board wrapping the entire top of the stadium, like the smaller one that wraps around the stadium between 200 and 300 sections. That would be unique and the possibilities are endless

With the low amount of money the city of Charlotte gave them (65 million sounds like a lot, but it really isn't) they have done a great job with it thus far. For instance Arrowhead stadium had nearly 350 million in renovations in 2010, and although its nicer than Bank of America, ours is going to be damn near close at a quarter of the cost.

In 5 years or so the Richardsons will want more renovations though to keep up with all the modern insanity going on with stadiums, and Charlottes going to have to put out some big time money, and by then TWCA will need a good little renovation itself.

I agree that it is huge, but I guarantee it won't be so amazing next year when 50% will be used for advertising, sending money right back into the Jerry's pocket.

Edit: Haha, i just rethought that and I'd be willing to bet that less than 50% will be used for the games.
