This is so Depressing....
J.R. Smith's last-second whiff left the Knicks with a sixth straight loss. But J.R. would do it again. "I think we went with the best shot," he said.

Completely on point. People here seem to think that "rebuilding" and "creating cap space" and "tanking" are sure-fire ways to succeed in this league. Unfortunately, it seldom works out that way.

I'd rather go to bat in Free Agency 2015 WITH a legitimate #1 option in Carmelo Anthony as part of the pitch.

It actually looks like Bron might be leaving. I'm hoping Melo makes his decision quickly before we find out Lebron is leaving because I wouldn't be surprised to see Melo follow suit.

Riley probably doing everything in his power to get Bosh out of town.

If Bosh leaves he maybe can bring in Melo and make LeBron happy.

If Bosh stays. Melo to NY and LeBron to CLE and Miami is terrible for the next 5 years.

I think Lebron would try and bring Melo to Cleveland with him also.

Wow. Rebuilding through the draft is such a crap shoot.

Even the cavs who have 3 #1 overall picks in 5 years can't seem to make the playoffs with free agent additions and are all in for Lebron

Hornets, jazz, orl, etc all pick high year after year and never sniff the playoffs unless they can woo a free agent or make a trade

Rookies don't win unless you get super lucky. Rarities like OKC, port and gsw who drafted so well and mix in trades prove the point more than buck it.
