Well, Temple would be the first give no bleeps signings of the off season. Otherwise, Granger and McBob are pretty cool. McBobs better not forget how to shoot when he's playing for us. LOL.

Riley gets F- so far in this offseason.

It started out with Melo,Then Lowry, then Gortat, then ariza.

Now we are at mcbob for FULL Mle and No knees granger. Wow.

I think most of us see him for what he is: a 6-8 F who can shoot the 3 and maybe contribute if his knees are ok, and if not, then so what? he's signed to be an end-of-rotation or deep bench guy, and at appropriate salary for that place on the team.

Just being optimistic here, but he is still pretty good at corner 3s. And he did play better in the 2nd half last season with the Clippers.
I remember Vogel saying that the next year he will truly come back from his knee injury. I think Vogel was half being nice, but it might be half true.

For $2M, worth a risk IMO.

If we are operating above the cap, we have 3 exceptions:

The midlevel exception - ~5.4M
The bi-annual exception - ~2.2M
A trade exception for ~2.7M (I believe its that number)

The Granger deal is being reported as the biannual exception, but could be completed as a S&T and we could use the trade exception instead, leaving us with the BAE still to sign someone outright
