We had horrible pg play this year, horrible defense and rebounding.

We have done NOTHING to adress any of our needs. (Napier is not the answer)

Mcbob will just be in the opposite corner from bosh. That will be his game.

And granger brings nothing to the table. Locker room guy? Are team hates his, from Haslem-Lebron.

Like I said Before, Mcbob is the white Diaw.

Which is a great fit IF we keep the big 3.

Very talented passer for a big, high IQ, big body, shoots 3's.

That's what we need next to the big 3.

I actually think McBob, like Bosh before him, can transform into a plus defender in Miami. He's certainly athletic enough for it and we have good teachers on staff

McBob replaces the UD role
Granger replaces the Battier role

I don't see how people don't think we have improved. I think the priorities of personnel in Miami are not aligned with most fans on this message board.

So we used our exceptions...Are we going to renounce the big 3 next?

Granger is an elite shooter/scorer coming back from injury.

HE'S ONLY 30 YO.

IF he bounced back. we've got a steal. If he can't get back to from, we didn't lose too much money.

I think the next two announcements will be Wade and Bosh commitments soon.

Yeah I don't mind these signings. Didn't realize McBob was only 26, he's big, can shoot, and has legit PF size.

Could see Garrett Temple, big, can play point but defend some 2's and some 3's.

We have Cole, Ennis and Napier. McRob is 27. Granger is a long shot but he's 30.

LeBron offended by Pat Riley's speech? Thought HE was being called out - "don't run"? That's what StephenA & BWindhorst heard.

Like I posted before I really think this meeting of Riley and Lebron is going to be about Lebron telling Riley goodbye.

I like both these players, Granger being a more risky one but comes for cheap so whatever.

I really hope we've got one more big move in our sleeve. Not sure how much Cap space we've got now

I really like these two moves. Really adds some depth at positions lacking and, in the case of Granger, gives you potential for crazy upside (relative to salary) as well.

I said McBob is 26 earlier but he turned 27 a few months ago, FYI

McBob is 6'10

I'm intrigued. However he doesn't necessarily means he's plays like he's 6'10 hope he can impersonate Mike Miller when it counts.
