Exactly. People overlook the fact that Drummond was below average defensively last year. Was it due to penetration? Partly. But he's going to have to show he can anchor the D

To incline Detroit's bigs were not okay and our guards were less so; is similar to saying trash has a better smell than fecal matter. Greg Monroe is awful anywhere outside of the paint, just as much as Brandon Jennings, Will Bynum, and Rodney Stuckey. Josh Smith, well he's proven that he's much more capable than what he provided last season, but he's in the same boat.

Doesn't change the fact that Monroe will face an up-hill battle at the position. More-so than anyone else.

I think it's easy to become confused because of the frequency in which some of the hardcore Monroe detractors post their viewpoints. They are a very vocal minority.

He doesn't realize the majority of posters on this forum think Monroe is the second coming of Tim Duncan

I have heard this sentiment exactly zero times.

If this is how you see Monroe supporters then I think you might want to check the calibration of the lens you are using the view the world through.
