Lebron has virtually zero interest in returning to Cleveland. His agent (and possibly his wife) are why Cleveland even has a chance

Reports are that at the LeBrons last meal included a burrito. What does it mean? I eat burritos and I live in Arizona, it must be a sign. But then he drank a glass of milk. Milk comes from cows and cows are raised in the Midwest and Cleveland is in the Midwest! Oh no it can't be true. My basketball world ended.
This is the kind of stuff I feel like I'm reading here
Dude....
Burritos and Milk?
I know someone that loves breakfast burritos with milk.
Sounds gross.
But yeah if he had milk at dinner then he's going to Cleveland. LeBron to Cleveland confirmed.
So a girl at work today told me her boyfriend's favourite snack is frozen peas (straight out of the freezer), covered in BBQ sauce. So the cold crunch...WTF?

This makes sense
Once Riley used those exceptions for Granger and McRoberts - this was the way to go
It meant the Heat didn't have any more money. Why? Because LeBron, Bosh and Wade took it all
and that's fine

So you're saying if we DON'T get LeBron, would I trade Bledsoe for Love? Yes, if Love was staying long term. Goran needs a guy like Love and the team needs a rebounder like Love.
I know I'm probably unreasonably optimistic about Warren, but we control him for the next 9 years. With Love, even if he agrees to stay, we control for 4 years. I'm hesitant. I want to build organically. Dragic/Archie/Ennis/Green/Love/Morrises/Plumlee/Len is nowhere near close enough to get us to a championship, and we'll be further from contention at the end of those 4 years than we are today. Stay the course.
Yeah, I'd prefer not to have Warren in the deal. I'm hesitant on a big deal for Bledsoe because it could turn into another Amare in NY scenario or Roy in Portland.

Bledsoes injuries are way different than either Amare or Roy, there has been zero microfractures or torn ACLS for that matter, apples and oranges.

Yeah I just think his knee issues have been overblown (no pun intended). The prognoses for Roy and Amare were bad from the start. Nothing like that here.

If it's true that Lebron has decided to stay in Miami then it's time for Phoenix to move on. I want to start hearing about the other ways McDonough plans to improve us moving forward.

Other than lebron coming to phx, this is the best case scenario. Makes it more likely all "major" fa (melo, bosh) stay put. Miami will not improve much. Lakers are stuck with their crappy roster = thank u from suns fans for next years pick. Now we go trade for love or sign Hayward/parsons.

Re: 2014 Official FA Thread 4: Is The Dream Over?
This is the same garbage that Chris Broussard and all the other so called insiders spew out on a daily basis. They have said for the past day or so that the Cavaliers were the front runner. Now some random twitter page called Sports Whispers posts a tweet saying they are hearing from a trusted source that Lebron is going to re-sign in Miami. This is all a joke. Who the hell runs Sports Whispers? Does anyone have a clue? I have no idea and I really do not care. Until Lebron James comes out and says where he is signing, no one knows. People are clinging to anything they can right now and it is absurd.

I agree
Lakers are going to have a rough 2014/2015 if this holds that they are all staying.
And yes, Ryan can move forward - will have to listen to Gambo today - see how much news he has

Bledsoes injuries are way different than either Amare or Roy, there has been zero microfractures or torn ACLS for that matter, apples and oranges.
Roy had a torn meniscus, and eventually it was found out he didn't have any meniscus left, which killed his career.
Brandon Roy makes his way to the press conference where he announced that he has a torn meniscus in his right knee. The euphoria surrounding the Trail Blazers' second consecutive playoff berth was dealt a disheartening blow Monday night, when the franchise learned that All-Star Brandon Roy has suffered a slight tear of the meniscus in his right knee.
It's not the first time the Blazers' All-Star has endured this type of injury. During his junior year at the University of Washington, Roy had a similar meniscus tear on the same knee, which may have increased the chances of his most recent injury. Before that, in August 2008, Roy had surgery to repair a partial tear in the meniscus in his left knee.

Bledsoe has also had two surgeries for tearing his meniscus.
This is the second time in a little more than three years that the 24-year-old player has undergone surgery to repair a torn meniscus in the same knee. The first surgery was performed Oct. 7, 2011, during the lockout of that NBA season.

According to the Arizona Republic on Monday Bledsoe had a small piece of his meniscus removed,

Yeah I remember when Brandon Roy tore his meniscus and then around 8 days later the Blazers put him into the starting lineup against the Suns in the playoffs. I always felt that that was what ruined his career. Having him return basically one week after surgery on his knee was inexcusable on the behalf of the Trailblazer organization. I remember watching him play after his adrenaline wore off and it looked like he could barely move.
Here is a quote about it from Wikipedia: "On April 11, 2010, Roy injured his right knee. Magnetic resonance imaging that night confirmed a right knee bone contusion (bone bruise) and on April 12, further examination of the MRI showed a slight meniscus tear. Roy underwent surgery on April 16 and was expected to miss at least the first round of the 2010 NBA Playoffs, but returned for Game 4 after eight days of recovery time to lead the Blazers to a win."
So the Trailblazers risked his career so he could play a series in the first round against the Suns. THE FIRST ROUND! This is not like it was the end of his career and they were in the finals. They risked all of that for a first round playoff series that they were the underdog in as well, even if he was fully healthy. I always thought that was pathetic of them to do and they made a horrible mistake.
