The Knicks would need to include appealing draft pick(s) for me to support adding Barg.

The problem is that they've given away all their picks for the next few years.

they are going to need to add picks and Shumpert and/or Hardaway to any Bargnani package.

Millsap + Carroll = Bargnani

Salmon = Calderon

Saves NY = $9M for Melo

or Salmon = Bargnani

Saves NY = $7M

Inb4 the lock. Looks like another troll thread by bison.

The only I would look at bargnani is if it also landed us melo at only 15 mil per year

Teague for OJ Mayo
Millsap for Bargnani
Salmon for Calderon
Sign Evan Turner as FA

Calderon, Mack, Schroder
Mayo, Korver, Jenkins
Turner, Sefalosha, Scott
Horford, Payne, Brand
Bargnani, Tavares

Quickest way to improve is at PG...sorry
Don't need 2 small PG that cant shoot...sorry
Bucks wanted Teague last year...hopefully still do...
Mayo bigger, more talented, better shooter at same price...
Trade Teague for Mayo - Bucks going young...

E.Turner not worth $8M QO...
Does not mean he's worthless...
#2 pick w size, handles, athleticism is upgrade...
Naismith, AP, Woodson - Player of the Year

If Ferry can pry away Bargnani - GM of Year
Its not Bargnani alone, its the combo w Horford, Payne...
Allows Horford to PF - Hawks finally get easy baskets...
Payne backs up with high energy defense, young legs...

Next 24 hours crucial...
Says alot about ASG...
If they choose to eat Salmon...
rather than acquire more talented player...
We're fkd....

The problem is Bargnani isn't a center. He is a 7 footer but, like has been said before, his skill set is that of a shooting guard. So if you play him alongside Horford, you are basically forcing Horford to play in the post while Bargs plays outside. When you are a 30 mpg guy and only average 5 rpg, something is wrong. I would even venture to say Millsap is more of a center than bargs is. No point in paying more in bargs for a lesser player.

Not sure how Mayo is a much better shooter than teague. Teague was the better scorer and shot better from fg%. Mayo was the better long threat, but remember Teague is a drive into the lane type of pg.

Calderon's contract is pretty bad for what he provides.

If ferry can pry away bargnani then gm of the year!?! LOL

More like Phil Jackson gm of the year. That must have been a typeo.

Bisionblu: bargnani on a good day could fit our system maybe but overall he is overpaid trash and you want oj mayo after a career worst year? Jokes
