Can we all just sit back and laugh at the Cavs trying to recruit the entire Heat bench in order to entice LeBron? BTW this all means that nothing is set in stone and the Cavs are only trying their best to apologize to LeBron/bring him back after all the BS in 2010.

If the Cavs do the Love trade without LeBron's commit, then they are idiots. Love will not re-sign in Cleveland without LeBron there.

Not really it all depends. Mario could get a multy year deal say 3 years at 2 mil for a total of 6 mil vs just one year 3.6 as an example. Part of the problem is getting Mario to agree to any deal. The other problem is getting Jordan to sign off on this. Im guessing we need to throw in a first round pick

I believe Love said he doesn't want to be in Cleveland unless Lebron is there

But yeah it's dumb to give up your potential franchise player in Wiggins to trade for Love when nothing is guaranteed

The ramifications of that deal aren't anywhere close to the same. Miami isn't a young team that would reign over the east as long as this potential Cleveland team could and Charlotte wouldn't be giving up on landing a franchise player. Helping out Miami now just isn't the same and I'm sure Riley could sweeten the deal a little to make it worth it for Charlotte.

Guys, you've lost perspective on what players are worth. The last 3 seasons, Chalmers has averaged 9 points, 4 assists, shooting 44% from the floor and 40% from 3, while starting on a title-contending team. Ben Gordon just got over 4 million a year. Chalmers can easily make 3-5M yearly, he was fairly paid on his last contract.
