Hey, look at this.

DETROIT (TICKER) -- Milwaukee Brewers righthander Ben Sheets recorded his 1,000th career strikeout Thursday in the team's matinee game against the Detroit Tigers.

Sheets, 28, reached the milestone in the fourth inning when he struck out Detroit rookie catcher Mike Rabelo to end the frame.

It was the fourth strikeout of the contest and the 58th this season for Sheets, who entered with a 6-3 record and a 3.21 ERA over his first 13 starts this year.

wtf is up with Cordero lately? And since when does Ben Sheets walk 3 batters in a game?

Anyways, good to see this win. Taking the series over the Tigers in Detroit has lifted my spirits a bit. It's good to see the young team bounce back after getting blanked the other night.

A win is a win and we take the series. Too bad the Scrubs pulled one out of their ass.
