Parson's is gone. Mavs.

Bosh is probably gone. Houston.

Next move - secure D.Wade, look at an attempt at Melo and Love?

They should sign Wade, try to keep Bosh, and add role players. However, if they cannot keep Bosh, here are some pieces they may be able to add:

PG: Hinrich - Cheap, tough, and a good defender.
SG: Alan Anderson and Troy Daniels - Anderson is cheap and has size. Solid defender. Daniels can shoot.
SF: Trevor Ariza - Cheaper than Deng, but possess practically the same skills. Good defender and spreads the floor.
PF/C: Greg Monroe and Pau Gasol - Fundamentally sound, nice touch, and good passer's. Can be had for a cheaper rate, but is a Monroe is a restricted free agent. Detroit can match.

Miami already has McRoberts and Granger and they will probably keep Haslem on the cheap. If they add in this pieces, the starting lineup and bench would look like this:

Starter's

PG: Hinrich
SG: Wade
SF: Ariza or Granger
PF: Monroe
C: Gasol

Bench:

PG: Cole, Napier
SG: Anderson, Daniels
SF: Granger, Ariza, or McRoberts
PF/C: McRoberts, Haslem

Could this lineup win a championship, maybe not but they could contend in a weak East.

Voted for re-structure. I think Wade reinvents himself this offseason and still has a year or 2 in himself at the highest level. Let's not waste end of his carrer by not even trying.

Lol Gasol is not going to Miami. Get real.

Your best bet is yo go after Stephenson and maybe Monroe to build on.

Contend. The East is so weak, even weaker now that Lebron is baby-sitting 20 year olds instead of trying to win titles, and we still have Wade with a few good years left. And we have a ton of money, and Miami is a big destination.

I say build a team and try to win it. We have a championship infrastructure here. Get to the finals, then who knows what happens.

Lol. So because Lebron left, no one ever wants to go to Miami again? Miami was a top spot even before Lebron was here.

I would go for Lance because he's young & strong & Jameer Nelson & Big Baby for starters. Then go from there.

Say what you will, but this will be an interesting year coming up. Maybe we can actually play some of our young talent?
