If yall get Deng, You will be in the playoffs for sure. I think my team is cursed seriously but I wonder if Miami is going to hit Bledsoe up with a nice size offer.

As much as I've been crapping on the idea of Deng and Gasol, I gotta admit, that is one heckuva roster. I imagine the young guys would be pretty unhappy about being nailed to the bench. If Hornacek could make that team overperform the way he made this year's squad overperform, we'd have a nice cache of trade bait as well.

I guess what I'm sayin is, I'm down for whatever.

If Hornacek can channel some Popavich and make his players be selfless and drop their egos, then I don't think our guys would mind coming off the bench as long as we are producing wins.

Let's focus on locking up Bledsoe, Deng and Thomas first. Gasol wouldn't consider us until after everything else is in place.

Ah, did not know that Miami pick is top 10 protected. The point is, we should take less than Wiggins for Bledsoe. Maybe it is two firsts or three. Let's turn Bledsoe into assets.

I do not believe the Suns are going after Deng. The moves McDonough makes pretty much come from out of nowhere. Unless Deng is in Phoenix meeting with the Suns, I do not put much stock into any report about it. I also am shocked Lebron went back to Cleveland. He obviously wanted to go back to his home and it really is not about the roster. If it was, he would have chosen the Mavs, Rockets, or Suns, because all of those rosters offer a much better chance for immediate contention than the Cavaliers. But it is the East, which is horrible, so anyone can win that conference.

Nope, we started Turk at the four spot, not Warrick. And we had Amare and Nash in the starting lineups for years, so I don't see much of a difference in your sieve comment.

Warrick was worse than Amare on D and not close enough on O to make up for it

That all depends on where you used him. Top of the key in a zone-like defense, he did quite well.

We haven't signed Tucker yet. We can keep his cap hold as our number until we grab whomever else we want. I believe right now we have $29M space w/Bogdanovic's non-signing? It's a squeeze, but I think we could fit those three.

Are the Hawks still in play for him? Last I read, they were offering I think around 10mil per and he wanted more.

The best thing about going all-vet is that we *should* still get that LAL pick and thus have another lotto pick, in addition to a pretty crappy #20+ pick of our own. We all know Minny's not making the playoffs.

OMG yes! I was thinking that. And also wondering if Grant Hill wanted to give it one more shot.
