Our team with LeBron > Cavs with LeBron

This has nothing to do with Spo as a coach, Wade's health, Riley's GM skills, Arison spending, our fans, etc. If this were a basketball decision, based on the best chance to compete for a title, he would have been a member of the Miami Heat today.

We had no chance at improving the team, because his lack of commitment turned off free agents. I am positive had he comitted, we could have probably gotten someone of Gasol's caliber at a discount. But he, and his management team, never intended on returning here.

Oh well, LeBron had a chance to compete with the Jordan's, Kobe's, and Duncan's of the world in terms of ring count. I guess he thinks one in Cleveland is enough.

We'll have a 4th banner hanging in the AAA before 2020. In Riley we (I) trust.

My preference is a 2-year max deal for Wade (basically what was left on his contract he opted out of) and he retires in 2016. Assuming he's our only decent player and misses half the next two seasons, we should pick up some top young talent to hopefully entice two of the top 2016 free agents to come team up with.

If Bosh stays though I favor a re-tool but only 2-year deals unless Bledsoe/Monroe

I'm going to be more sad when Bosh leaves than LeBron. LeBron killed our championship hopes of course, but man I loved Chris Bosh. He became a real favorite player of mine these last four seasons. God I hope he pulls a wtf and stays.

Would love to see Bosh as the go to guy.

Bosh in 2016 will attract players to play here. Wade 2016 will be a player coach like of like Zo was just riding the bench for a Chip. Bosh can bring in Durant and others. We will have the money. Thoughts.

Wow, SAS sorta blaming Riley and Heat for LeBron leaving. He said LeBron was counting down the days to Cleveland 2 years ago (since 2012) but that doesn't make sense. LeBron didn't like Riley's rules and regulations. Not sure what to make of it.

Not many people like Riley's strict rules. And Idc, it's gotten us 3 titles and been to the playoffs almost every time.

Yeah, you would think 2 titles/4 Finals would make him appreciate the discipline. So a lot of it was about going home, better roster and having power in the organization which him and his entourage never had with Miami.
