Not many people like Riley's strict rules. And Idc, it's gotten us 3 titles and been to the playoffs almost every time.
Yup. More than most of the league!

I was just going through some media I found online from today and I must say this. TO ALL PEOPLE IN MIAMI: Please turn to the 5 closest people with you and tell them to stay classy! Don't burn jerseys! Don't let people see your emotions, be a rock! Your hero left but Miami HEAT basketball is going to be here for a LONG time. It's only going to get better from this point. There is an ebb and flow in life and how you handle the recession proves what you are worth.
I trust our organization. I have since it changed hands in '95 to the people that will bring us back to the top in the seasons to come. Have faith in us.

we make him a champion and he counts down the days until he can leave? if thats really the case, good riddance.
Yeah, kinda disappointed to hear that part. It was more about his entourage having power within the organization and that trumps a title

Bosh has the future of the Heat in his hands. If he's gone, there's not much for Wade here. That. SUCKS.

If Bosh stays I fully expect the sign and trade scenario I brought up earlier to happen with Lebron being swapped for Deng.

He didn't like the rules? Well too damn bad. Heat are a professional org. He'll be happy with the cavs where his boys have the run if the places I guess.

If we can hold onto Bosh, we could still make a run.
Wade and Bosh with Monroe or Bledsoe can compete in the East.

So it was a power struggle between the inner circle and organization. Wow. A good thing ended b/c of that.

Yeah, it sounds like him and his entourage having power in the organization is more important than titles. SAS said all of this was told to him.

Stephen A Smith on with LeBatard, and apparently LeBron and his boys grew tired of Riley refusing to kiss their asses and bend rules lol.

Let's not forget how bad the Cavs were last season and in years prior.
Obviously LeBron pushes them towards the top of the East, but that's not saying much. I think there are teams out there that can, and should be favored against them going into next season.
Depending on whether Bosh/Wade stay, and who we sign with our remaining cap-space, we could very well be one of those teams.
I'm not even being a homer/hater, this talk of Cleveland being championship favorites and such on ESPN is laughable.
