Great value for the Suns. Will Bledsoe be signed and traded now? Or just let go?

The most bizarre suns offseason I've seen in years.

The courting of Lebron/Melo/etc.

The drafting of ANOTHER PG.

The signing of ANOTHER PG.

I just don't get any of it really. It's def. weird that there hasn't been any news on Bledsoe...no offer sheets, no visits, etc. I wonder if he already has a handshake deal w/ the Suns and he just hasn't signed it yet so his cap hold is small so they can sign others. I guess we'll find out.

I love Thomas...just don't know if I like him more than Dragic or Bledsoe if that means one of them is gone.

Congrats on this great deal! What's the plan with the other two guards? Keeping them?

We plan on cornering the markert in undervalued PG's and trading them when we drive up their market price and see fit.

From what I've been reading he's not replacing Bledsoe or Dragic.

This is probably the best deal of the summer. Front loaded contract too. Kyrie Irving and IT put up the same exact stats last year. Kyrie got the mega max, while IT gets MLE money.

Honestly we didn't win any of the free sweepstakes. But I like what McD is doing. Acquiring assets for cheap than overpay for a decent player.

Love that the new FO is keeping the tradition of excellent PG play alive in Phoenix.

Welcome to the club IT2.

All that's old is new again. We've had the same strategy at the 1 since 1968!

that's not a terrible price for the guy, considering Gabby Vasquez just got 6mil a year as a backup (also?). Question is, who are we giving Sacramento? And is this a 3-way?

Avery Bradley 4yr $8m per

Nick Young 4yr $5.4m per

Jodie Meeks 3yr $6.7m per

Isaiah Thomas 4yr $6.5m per

Gordon Hayward 4yr $16m per

Ben Gordon 2yr $4.5m per

Shaun Livingston 3yr $5m per

Thabo Sefolosha 3yr $4m per

PJ Tucker 3yr $5m per

Grievis Vasquez 2yr $6.5m per

^ Seriously, we did the other teams dry. Those two McD got are EASILY the best deals so far from that lot. I'm very happy with it.

Yeah would you rather General Greivis or IT? Even SAC chose IT haha

Trade exception and the rights to - make sure you're sitting down - Alex Oriakhi...

Steal of the offseason. With bums like Channig Frye getting 4/32, you guys got a hell of a deal with Thomas. Only question is what will you get for Dragic or Bledsoe? I"m sure Mcdonough will get a nice return.

Great signing, best deal of the offseason so far aside from LBJ of course.

Pretty sure somebody will be on the way out regardless

Ken Berger ✔ @KBergCBS

The Suns front-loaded the offer sheet with a starting salary of $7.2 million for Thomas and it went down from there, source says.

Here's what I hate. Drafting a player and not playing him. What about Tyler Ennis? We have four point guards now... It's just puzzling. Are we going to trade Dragic again? Are we letting Bledsoe walk?

I like the signing once again McD gets fair value for a guy first tucker now IT.

I said it in the draft thread and in the welcome ennis thread I hated the pick then and now I hate it even more.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Drafting tyler Ennis made no sense now especially since we have IT2.

Move Ennis, Gerald Green, Marcus morris, and maybe Warren in a trade for Kevin Love asap
