Re: The Lance Stephenson Thread
We just need to do the same we did with Gordon with Lance, dinner with Kemba and Al, talk with MJ, starcraft on score board, "Welcome to Charlotte Lance Stephenson and family" on everything, 4 analytic people doing presentations, you know the Charlotte standard

Take him to a movie theater and show him a movie about his life..

I dunno if Starcraft would interest him but TWC has plenty of great stairways for throwing your girlfriend down

hornets, mavs and pacersBoth the Hornets and Mavericks have their misgivings on Stephenson, of course. Though he averaged 13.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists last season, concerns about his maturity, on and off the court, remain. That is the main reason that Stephenson hasn’t gotten the type of offer — a four-year, $44 million deal similar to what Tyreke Evans received from New Orleans last summer — he has been seeking.
So, that's all he's asking for, huh? Still a little over his pay grade the same way it was for Tyreke that had a more solid pedestal to stand on entering free-agency, but it's a lot better than our initial intentions that I'll no longer discuss in a namely manner
When we originally made our bet, Tyreke is the comp I suggested his agent would use.

What did you bet MrKnowitall? 10 a year? I said 9. I feel very confident in my bet.

We ain't getting Lance. He ain't on Cho radar. Look for Mike Dunleavy from the Bulls. That sound like something Cho would do. Lol smh.

If HOU matches Parsons I'd expect DAL will go after Stephenson.

yeah this is what I'm thinking as well.
We aren't going to compete with Cuban and the way he treats his players.
I think they all get their own fluffer in Dallas

Re: The Lance Stephenson Thread
someone is misinformed. one source comes out today and says we are targeting lance. bonnell remains firm in his stance that we are not interested in lance. i know bonnell has been missed big on a few things like this in the past, but until a more reliable source comes out claiming we are interested, i am going to believe rick on this one.

I don't believe Rick knows what he is talking about but I think he may by chance be right.

Same. I so hope he's wrong, but he's the most reliable source at this point.

I agree, when he isn't sure he always hedges his bets with wish washy tweets.
he's been pretty firm on the stephenson issue

I really, really, really want to see a Kemba - Lance backcourt. It would be so awesome to watch every night.
