I know I've been critical of Cho lately, so I would just like a little time to reflect.

I appreciate what Cho's done. I think he is a very good GM. When we started our complete, **** rebuild in 2011, a certain other team named the Cavaliers also started their rebuild. Despite the Cavs lucking up and getting THREE NUMBER ONE PICKS since then, and us moving DOWN in the lottery twice, we utterly raped the Cavs in a rebuild. Now, I know, they just struck gold because of where a certain superstar was born. But Cho built this team with crafty trades, solid drafting (hindsight is always tricky), and good free agent signings. We have maintained flexibility and have a bright, bright future. Thank you Cho.

With that said, sign Lance dammit. I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. Cho could be working every second making phone calls, evaluating players, or whatever. I'm sure he has a plan A-plan Z because he's a man that does his job. But I really want Lance. Let's hope Cho can pull something off.

Not sure if Cho work better solo or if Higgins corroborating with him made them both better. We'll find out over the next couple years if not sooner

This. I'm not rocking wit Cho right now at all. Either his whole plan has blown up in his face like a air bag or his whole plan was trash.

Well, he can't draft. He tried to go OKC model and draft a bunch of high potential guys but none of them turned into Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka or Harden so he's just biding his time until he can buy a Durant in free agency. If the rebuild isn't dead it's at least on life support. We be treadmillin' until Cho can throw ungodly money at Davis or somebody.

I'm getting scared that Charlotte might not be able to compete for the playoffs next year. I see a regression unless Jefferson can continue his All-NBA display and Kemba can raise his efficiency to about 45% shooting while averaging at or above 20 points per game. Even with those components, Zeller will have to play at the level he did between February & April and Clifford will have to play MKG about 30 minutes per game to keep the defense in the top-10 realm

Would you be more confident if Cho traded for, or signed Lance?

Yes. Lance Stephenson became #1 priority in helping Charlotte reach the Eastern Conference Finals for me after watching him not back to LeBron James & the Heat. Stephenson wasn't that impressive performance-wise, but his attitude & bravado showed me the kahunas needed by this team, on top of his skill sets as a secondary ball handler & playmaker to Kemba with the ability (and willingness) to knock down 3-pointers

If Cho sign Stephenson, all will be forgiven --- Marvin Williams would become a afterthought

I wasn't a big supporter of getting Lance, but he would be a big upgrade over Hendo. Do it Cho. Character issues be damned.

It will be tough to get Lance Stephenson to sign for the Hornets. Almost every team is vying for him.

So many teams that only the Pacers have an offer on the table.
