Then you should probably change your sig. Still has a Bobcat logo.

I think the Bulls are on paper at least the early favorites, especially if Dougie is as good as I think he can be.

1.Bulls
2.Cavs
3.Raptors
4.Wiz
5.Pacers
6.Heat
7.Nets
8.Detroit

One thing is for sure with LeBron gong to Cleveland it made the East wide open again. Should be fun last couple years the East have been a bore. Just Pacers and the Heat.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

Unless the Cavs really click or Rose makes a full recovery I think the high wins in the East will be 56, and there will be a 3-4 other teams in the 51-55 range (Indiana, Miami, Tor). A bit less tanking and horrible teams, and a lot of the top teams have new teammates, injury recoveries, and coach in the Cavs' case. I think Indiana can be about the same as before because they will be the most cohesive group at the start and will probably be more balanced than last season where they were extremely good and then bad, but similar in the regular season record.

Hot Cavs getting 2nd seed due to chemistry at the start but can't see them not making it to the finals. Unless Rose comes back strong

What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

To see so many people think the hawks/Knicks/nets will make the playoffs disgusts me. Hawks have done nothing to improve, same with New York, and nets got worse + a new coach

Looking at Free Agency & Trades, there was not too many major shifts in power from Eastern to Western Conferences. What has happened is a major spread of talent to cause so much parity in both conferences. Eastern conference has gotten stronger because all the top talent in the draft went to Eastern teams, although not enough to assume they will win many more game then they did last year. With that in mind & the parity that has happened I am thinking winning 50 games in the East this year is going to be a major accomplishment

1. Chicago: 50-32 (Assuming D.Rose is 80% in at least 65 games)
2. Cleveland: 49-33 (Swaps with Chicago & Record skyrockets if they land K.Love)
3. Washington: 47-35
4. Toronto: 47-35
5. Indiana: 48-34 (Assuming Stephenson re-signs but Cha/Atl could be in play too)
6. Atlanta: 44-36
7. Miami: 44-38
8. Charlotte: 42-40
-----------------------------
9. Brooklyn: 40-42
10. New York: 38-44
11. Detroit: 35-47
12. Boston: 30-52
13. Orlando: 24-58
14. Milwaukee: 22-58
15. Philadelphia: 19-63

Projected 2014-2015: 579-651
Actual 2013-2014: 556-674

No way in hell Wizards or Pacers will finish ahead of the Cavs. And people are sleeping on the Heat, They will be a top 3 seed next season.

Nobody thought that.

Bulls fans weren't too cocky about playing against the Wizards but many experts got the Bulls winning the series.

Look what happened, Wizards in 5

Until Derrick Rose can prove he's back at the MVP level he was, the Bulls are nothing but a 5th-8th seed to me

I don't think so. The Bulls lost both of their leading scorers last year, got no bodies in return, and still finished fourth, only eight games behind the top seed. I mean if Indiana lost George and West, and got no one back to put in the rotation, I highly doubt they finish anywhere near the top half of the bracket. This offseason, they're losing Boozer and Augustin and adding Rose, Gasol, Mirotic and McDermott. You can argue that the East is even weaker now, too. More competitive, but there is no sure-fire team like Miami and if Indy loses Lance they take a big step back. If they finished fourth last season and the East is more open now, with no clearly favored team, how do the Bulls fall even lower after improving with their additions? They were already a fourth seed with out Rose.

I'm a Derrick Rose and I hope he has an MVP season this year but he still hasn't prove anyone that he can still play at that MVP level so to me the Bulls are still a 5-8th seed team in the East
