Two words: Ike Austin :D

That was the brilliance of the pre-Lebron Riley. I look forward to a new era without LeQueen and the Miami Heat being the Miami Heat again, not the big 3.

My favorite Riley team was the Wade/Odom/Butler trio, boy were they fun that year. Of course nothing beats Zo outdoing Shaq in the finals of 06. After Wade's dominance I was most happy for Zo, especially after the multiple heartbreaks against NY and his cancer.

This is why I was never afraid of what would've happened -- and I didn't give a **** if that guy in #6 left or stayed. Either way, I thought we were still in a great position as long as we have Pat and Andy, and I loved what they did to bounce back.

I'm not that old-school enough to watch 90's Heat bball, and actually became a fan more inI 04, but the 07-08 season where we sucked so badly but I still woke up rushing just to watch Heat games even if it was 1 AM in my place desperately finding links to livestreams even though I knew we were gonna lose anyways, that was the very moment when I realized I **** love this team and I bleed Heat for life. Through ups and downs, I'll always be here. The day Riley retires is the day I never want to see in Heat history :(
