Suggestions? I'm not sold on a Tristan Thompson future.

Just be patient and don't rush into anything, maybe we can get love at the deadline.

Just like in real life.

let the game come to you.

I would rather take a package of Ilyasova and Larry Sanders than Monroe

Ilya is a good stretch 4 and Sanders would provide all the inside d we need

Larry Sanders agent ripped the Bucks off or the Bucks just shot themselves in the foot with the contract he got...he's a headcase and classic underachiever. Sova is good, but like Texiera for the majority of his career...he doesn't start playing till the 2nd half of the year! Monroe is better quality over Sanders and Sova, trust me.

Monroe is a good player and vastly underrated, but not worth the max contract he will command.

Trade Ideas - Part 2

Wiggins is in the deal. Cleveland has a week to try and get Klay out of Golden State so they can keep Wiggins. If they can't get something to interest Golden State to throw Klay in; the deal reverts back to a two team trade and the wolves will get Wiggins.
No. Reading between the lines, my take is that we will be trading Dwight Powell and Joe Harris for Kevin Love and 2 unprotected first round picks. My understanding is the deal is done but the Wolves might be trying to get a third team involved to take Harris.

Monroe is a better player than Sanders but Sanders is a better fit.

if we're going to play Kyrie-Wiggins-LeBron-Bennett-Monroe we might as well get Dantoni to coach because outside of wiggins & lebron that team is all offense.

with Sanders we get the rich man's birdman who plays starting minutes.

Only if we still had Gee's contract to facilitate this trade.

I think this deal would help both teams:

To Cle:
Shabazz Muhammed
Corey Brewer
Alexey Shved

To Minn:
Andrew Wiggins

Followed up by Thompson/Hawywood/filler for Love?
Well at least we're not Detroit!

I'd do it knowing the NBA would stop trade because MN winning anything is just out of scope of realism (playoff series, division titles, conference titles, draft lotteries, trades)

I mean, Lakers won 5 titles for your city but the banners hang in LA, so unless you're really into the league you don't even know, & that's sad, there's always conspiracies about refs robbing franchises out of titles, but MN actually got robbed out of title they had won... & that's sad.

If the trade goes through, Wiggins ends up being a bust just as all but 2 dozens lottery picks MN had.

& that's just stating the facts.

Get the sense, especially with renewed MN/GS buzz that Love/Wiggins happens, in the end.

I think both fan bases are saying the same thing, and I'm not coming here to be confrontational. I hope a deal gets done for both sides. I've seen Kevin Love for a bunch of years now. Awesome, awesome player, but he got screwed by former GM David Kahn. 26/12 guy who hit 190 3 pointers last year, that has NEVER happened. You guys would be instant title contenders and he's only 25, so you could be for 5+ years.

Here we go again.

This needs to be kept civil. Here's what we know:

Cavs fans dont want to give up Wiggins.

TWolves fans dont want to give up Love without Wiggins.

No sense in going back and forth saying the same thing while hurling insults.

You and Chello need to let your agenda go. It's pathetic.

Where's the rush for either gs or cle to include Thompson or wiggins in July? Both teams have publicly stated they're not trading either player, so how would that change before any games are played? I get you want the best possible return for your team but right now that return would be a bunch of garbage

Why would they do that but not the Waiters Bennett deal? I don't see it, especially seeing as our 1st round pick isn't that good for teams now with how good we'll be. Miami 2017 likely unprotected 1st is the only really nice one I think.
