I hope he signs with them so that lance can implode that locker room, perhaps then the raptors can finally beat them

He only has himself to blame really. Smacking Lebron in the face and blowing in his ear...

If Charlotte is willing to give Hayward the max they are more than willing to give Stephenson more money than Indiana is currently willing, perhaps alot more. We have a little more than 13 million in cap space right now. If we sign him its either going to be a homerun, or its going to be devastating. Screw it, im willing to chance it.

Hairston may end up back in the D league at this point. Hes been horrific in the SL.

Lance is a knucklehead but so was Artest, Rodman, lots of other guys who were WINNERS. I love his competitiveness even if you think he is "crazy" because of the way he shows it because he is qwirky. When Paul George and Hibbert were wilting late in the season and playoffs this guy had the cajones and confidence to GO AT the best player in the game and 2x defending champ. I LIKE THAT, even if you think it was irrational guy has the SKILLS to back it up. He already was written off once and his confidence is what brought him back to where he is now, to me thats not a guy I'm going to worry about being a "knucklehead". He is UNIQUE NOT CRAZY. He just thinks different than you do. If he was a knucklehead with his talent he would have already washed out of the league and would be playing in Europe or China instead of being an up and coming future superstar.

If they can control him, I think this is a great fit. Its worth the risk for the Hornets.

Whether you call it childish antics or gamesmanship, I think Michael Jordan secretly enjoyed watching Lance go at Lebron during the playoffs.

If Bird liked the player in Stephenson, I think MJ would too. Regardless of whether this move would pan out for Charlotte or not, it would be greatly entertaining.

My thoughts? I believe Charlotte is the perfect environment to bring out the bonafide superstar buried in Lance.

They thinking of moving Gerald Henderson then? Don't suppose he will be too happy. They do have MKG and they signed Marvin at SF/PF, and I'm not really sure what immediate impact is expected from Hairston, but then there's also Neal.

The Pacers are bugging for not payin him. He is the energy of that team. He led the charge against the Heat. He keeps half that team motivated by being the hype man. Pacers are crazy, he was basically the only player than can consistently create for himself on that team.

Here's hoping Lance takes a short deal, something for two years. Keep building your value up and then you'll only be 25. Pacers let him go and they are back to being first round fodder.

Henderson has terrible value around the league. For instance we offered the Magic Henderson and the 24th pick in the draft for Afflalo, and they chose Fournier over him. Hendersons contract isn't exactly terrible either. We've been trying to unload him for over a year now.

Gerald Henderson has no reason to be unhappy he is FAR from a star and should fall in line and play whatever role he is asked to play to the best of his ability.
