@ESPNSteinLine
Nine teams, by my count, have enough cap space to put in post-amnesty bids for Carlos Boozer: ATL, CHA, HOU, LAL, MIL, ORL, PHI, PHX & UTAH

Stat wise he fell off a Cliff last year. Do not want.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

I think the Hawks are overlooked a bit, Atlanta could be even more scary if they get him. They'd have a very solid big man rotation.

@rick_bonnell
The Charlotte Hornets aren't in the secondary-waiver chase for Carlos Boozer.

I can't think of any reason at all where we would actually tell Bonnell that we are going to bid. That would just be stupid. However, we probably aren't and I don't think we have enough to win anyway.

The waiver ends at 5pm right? Should be hearing the news soon. I hope he doesn't end up in Atlanta.

No more bumping this thread, it stresses me out just thinking about having him on the roster.

Thank goodness. I had no desire for the too old, too slow, too long gone Booze.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

This, I am not thrilled with Williams as a starter but even as a Duke fan I have to admit we dodged a bullet here.
