Thanks. Been wanting to see this again.

No idea how he missed this dunk. Just the angle that he threw it in I guess.

It was sweet regardless. He got up high on that one & it's nice to see that he can get up well off one foot. Head was pretty much at the rim.

If you let the footage run it was actually a pitch out to the 3pt line off the rim.

Masai thought Bruno would average 1 point a game in SL.

Nice. He definitely looked better than I thought he would. Inconsistent, but that was to be expected.

He actually has some NBA offensive skill right now, but you couldn't play him significant minutes this season because he'd get roasted defensively.

Let's hope for some blowout wins this season so we can watch Bruno get some burn.

I think someone has mentioned this before, but I'd be extremely happy if Bruno could become a Tayshaun Prince-like player in his prime. Ultimate glue guy who does a little bit of everything on offense and is an exceptional defensive player (4x all-d 2nd team).

All the tools are there: long arms, quick feet (although not elite), nice shooting touch, ok handle, etc. Prince was never the quickest or most athletic guy, but he really understands how to use angles and positioning to maximize his length advantage. It's really up to our training staff to keep developing Bruno's skill sets and most importantly, mindset.

For those of you who don't remember Prince in his prime, here's a pretty good highlight:

Because of his length you could see how a D1 team would recruit him. Without having played in a league like that it amazes me how they are able to gauge him as a prospect. He just walked into summer league and made a respectable show of things with so little experience at any significant level. One tourney MVP and then not much else on the resume... Intriguing prospect way outside the box.

With his length, agility & soft touch, he should be able to finish around the rim in a variety of ways. We are already seeing it a little bit in SL.

Can we fast forward to year 4 already?

 I wish. 4 summers of focused training on various weakness with experts. 4 years of strength and conditioning training. 4 years of maturity, wisdom, confidence and experience. And what's crazy is that in 4 years, after all that, he will be Terrence Ross' age today!

I'm not saying it will happen, but it would be pretty damn funny if Bruno became a better pro than Wiggins (after all of the "tank for Wiggins" hype around here this season).

Wow what a great highlight reel by Prince. Such a humble quiet guy. True definition of a professional.

I agree with the assessment. It's still to early to tell if Bruno will be an effective player on the offensive end but he looks like he can be a monster on the defensive end. I'll be happy with that.

From what I can see, its not out of the realm of possibility. With his length and arms and shot mechanics, he'l be able to get his shot off anytime he wants regardless of how close he's being guarded. This will make him invaluable in late game situations. BUT like Andrea, always being able to shoot isn't necessarily a good thing. He must learn when to take that shot. Some never do.

that's a pretty reasonable expectation....

i'm not expecting too much, just a 3 and D guy who does everything well

he has ways to go on the bball IQ side of things

I'm taking Wiggins 10 times out of 10 between him and Bruno. However there's a possibility Bruno makes it close for one reason, he's not as naive as Wiggins. Bruno has shown more passion and emotion than I've seen from Wiggins. He also has a willingness to take over the game, which Wiggins is capable of but seldom shows. Wiggins tries too hard fitting in and that may hold back from being the superstar he can become. Bruno is a fighter.

There is a reason Wiggins was the number one overall pick. I think he will be a multiple time all star by the end of his career. But nobody knows what will actually happen. He's not as raw as Bruno, but he is pretty raw himself.

Wiggins has such a massive head start on Bruno, they aren't even close (language, body strength & actual basketball experience).

Bruno seems to be ahead of Andrew with his 3 point shooting, but that's about it.
