I like the move. Gives the Lakers a guy to guard Kevin Durant at least

Sweet. Was afraid that we were going to lose him due to the Henry deal. Really loved what he brought to the team last season and glad that we were able to keep both players.

He needs to work on his mentality as a player. Hopefully Kobe helps him with that.

Man I actually think Mitch and Jim did a good job this offseason. Now lets see if B.Scott officially gets the job soon. We tried for the big names and after missing they did a decent job fielding a competitive roster. Just sucks that the Western Conference is a death zone and we'll need to be healthy to have a chance to make the playoffs

HELL YEAH! Love the potential of what Wes can do playing on a team that has great closers like Kobe and Lin. All we need him to do is focus on being our safety net on defense. Some guys just need the right situation and I think this is it for Wes.

We're one player away from being a complete roster. We just need a big back up center to guard the 280lb centers. I like the idea of going with a three headed monster at center much like the nuggets did a couple years ago with Koufos/Mcgee/Mozgov.

Love the idea of starting Wes at the SF position and allowing him to guard the best perimeter player of every team. Wes is a player who probably plays best with players who command the double team or players who can attack the paint with Lin and Kobe. A lineup of

Lin
Kobe
Wes
Randle
Hill

Swaggy
Boozer
Davis
Henry
Nash
Clarkson

Doesnt look bad at all to me at all fellas. Thoughts?

Ryan Hollins for the minimum? Ryan Kelly (Like this idea)back in the fold? Or lets get greedy and offer Shawn Marion the room exception? Or should we just hold out to see whats available around the trade deadline.

If Kobe plays anywhere near as good as he did in '13, we'll have a great shot at the playoffs. This team is more sound defensively because you've got guys who are either more capable or willing to accept those roles, so if Kobe can pull a rabbit out of his hat and anchor the offense we'll be in solid shape.

Yeah I agree. Still sux Farmar shook on us so damn fast... If he'd had waiting that PG rotation of Lin/Farmar would've been beasty IMO smh. He'll rarely play behind CP3 come playoff time. Just didnt understand what was the rush for Jordan
