Well I don't know which fans you are reffering to but i will give you two things, 1) Lance is our 3rd best player at best, that won't drop us 5 or 6 seeds, and 2) Most fans weren't begging to have him back. I was one of those that wanted him back to begin with, but as more time comes by, and more quotes come out from around the team, something has become very clear, Lance wasn't very well liked in our locker room. I am one of the Pacers fans now, who believes we will be BETTER without Lance. First of all our team chemistry will be better overall without him, and secondly, another ball dominate wing is not what we needed. We already have Paul George on the wing, and Lance dribbling the ball for 20 seconds on some possessions just doesn't cut it. Lance was perfect for us the first half when he didn't try to run the offense himself, but over the 2nd half when he tried to take control of the offense and be the guy who ran it, we fell apart. Losing Lance will likely end up being a good thing for us tbh. Though that doesn't mean it can't be a positive for Charlotte.

Paul George is a superstar. Deal with it
