Yeah the QO doesn't make sense. It has happened before though Ben Gordon turned down 6-60 and played on his qo then broke about even when dumars overpaid for him. Detroit didn't have a first rounder this yr because of that contract. But one big difference is bens qo was 6.7 mil so he only left 3 mil on the table that 1st year were as Bledsoe would be leaving 8.

How about this?

SnT Bledsoe to Detroit for Josh Smith, Kentavious Cadwell-Pope and the right to swap 2015 1st rounders.

C - Plumlee, Len, Randolph
PF - Smith, Mk Morris
SF - Tucker, Mc Morris, Warren
SG - Green, Cadwell-Pope, Goodwin
PG - Dragic, Thomas, Ennis

Bottomline is the longer this drags on, the longer it's a distraction to the rest of the team.

We are back to sucking if Bledsoe is not on the team come next season. The offer is fair and I think he takes it.

I don't think he made a "huge" difference. Goran carried the team last year anyway. Even with Bledsoe there, I have my suspicions that this team isn't going to produce like last year. I see a drop off in wins regardless. I think people are underestimating the frye effect.

The roster hasn't improved. In fact there is a slight reduction in talent. Tolliver isn't going to fill frye's shoes. There is a reason no team wanted him and he basically is getting paid
Nothing. He just isn't any good.

28-15 vs 20-19 is a huge difference.

Gerald Green made unbelievable shots when Bledsoe was out. No way that happens again. Suns need Bledsoe. Markieff played his ass off. So many things went right when Bledsoe went out, I just don't see it happening again without him.

If Channing would have showed up, we could have been in the playoffs. Main thing is Eric Bledsoe needs to be on the team to be successful.

Doesn't factor in schedule. Our schedule was hella lot easier at the begining of the year than when Bledsoe was out. Take that record stuff with a grain of salt.

Pump the brakes. Frye was w big reason we were in the hunt in the first place.

Bledsoe was also with us during the toughest stretch of our schedule in May.

According to Brightside :

Well, you could work it as a sign-and-trade where Hill agrees to be traded upon signing, and then it would work. Randle cannot be traded for about 3 weeks (rookie contract rules), but Hill has not yet put ink to paper.

A Warren/Randle combo would be kinda nice for years to come.

Last 3 months of the season Tucker bested Frye in pretty much every statistical category including 3pt shooting and rebounding. He was awful.

This trade has been bouncing around boards since last night.

I loved Randle the first time I saw him last year in college, but I am not convinced he will be as good as some suggest in the NBA . I believe he is undersized with short arms, not a good combination. I doubt he will be a bust but I also doubt he will be a dominate PF in this league. To be honest the only reason people are interested in Jordan Hill is that we appear to suck big time in the front court. I doubt we would be happy writing him that $18Mil check when all is said and done. He has yet to find a home, why would it be any different in Phoenix?

Probably wrong in both counts, so be it, that is how I see it today.

Plumlee and Frye both kinda went to s*** the second half of the season. Everyone else was pretty much amazing.

It would be pretty nice. I wanted Randle for a while. But I don't think is happening.
