try consuming apple instead of coffee. way better.

also, I've been experiencing some pain at the back of my head. lower right portion. not sure if it is due to poor sleeping position.

i used to do this when i worked early morning shifts and i had to get up at 4am - apple every morning (i don't drink coffee) and it worked well

also i hear its a physician repellent

If Bryon Scott doesn't come to LA this could be one of the worst Off Season the Lakers have had.We should get him but you never i guess
