I give him a C. He didn't really do to much. Getting Boozer was the highlight of this off season.

Lin AND a second for nothing? Screwing Houston and Chicago? And everybody in the hunt for Melo by dropping the Max on the table for him... You're welcome NY...

Ed Davis for 2M?

Yeah, Mitch has been sitting on his hands... I wish we could trade him for Darell Morey... That man really knows how to maneuver. #advancedstats

i didn't know about the ED davis signing when i wrote that!!!
I not too high on Lin at all. He can't really guard , and he's known to be TO machine at times.. We will see.
Ed Davis and Boozer were the highlights besides resigning Swaggy P.(which i can take it or leave it) Jordan Hill.

15min ago? How is that even possible... Going to have to give you're grade of Mitch's off-season an F.

Lin was defensive stopper on GSW, and AFAIK Lin's advanced stats say he's equal or even better than Beverley defensively.

I kinda love what we did. I was concerned about saddling ourselves with a big contract with Melo, but above all we maintained our flexibility which is essential moving forward into the post-Bryant era. About my only concern is that we're not going to suck bad enough to hang onto our No. 1, which would be a crusher. Really wish Mitch would have pushed for more protection there; can't imagine it would have been a deal breaker. But otherwise, with the cap projected to hit $80 million or so in the next few years, we should have options galore.

Times like these make me appreciate prime Derek Fisher. Man was a leader on the court, knocked down open 3's and was a very solid on ball defender in his youth. I always felt most Lakers fans never appreciated Derek enough.

Bro, lin is a straight up upgrade from whatever the hell we were going to field at point. Have you watched us for the past two seasons?

I remember Kelly Scalleta or somebody on b/r did an article on the top 10 defensive players at each position, and Lin was like like #8 or something at pg.

Edit: he had Lin at 10
