Adrian Woj(not gonna try) is on the Dan LeBatard radio show. They asked him who was the second best free agent signing behind LeBron. Woj said it was Stephenson for us. He said because of what we needed and what Lance does he would rank that second. Said he is super talented, a winner and exactly what we need.

I'm excited because we're pushing a serious run with the addition of Lance and we're on the brink of really advancing far. The tipping point will be the trade deadline and I believe we're well positioned for the trade deadline. I would love to add Arron Afflalo and I hope he remains a target of Clifford/Cho, moreso than he was when we offered Henderson + 24.

I used to have a black lab when I was a kid. My little sister got a kitten. Tot. Cute little gray furball. We used to argue the merits of cats vs. dogs as pets. I argued that kitty litter stinks up the house and that cats are dumber and can't do tricks like dogs and they don't go for walks with you. I made fun of her cat and tormented her for ever comparing it to my beloved dog as a viable pet. I used to slide the cat across the kitchen floor in front of her to watch her sprawl towards it to rescue it from my torture. That was just the nature of my relationship with my little sis but to this day I think back and imagine the 5th grade version of myself compelled me to never get one to this day.

I'm not a cat person

But point taken.

Now THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! Lance is the man, no doubt. I've always said we needed a star, a stud go-to guy. Big Al became a very important signing, but Lance is THE player who could be our most important deal.

Also thank you Howard for the THREAD OF THE WEEK award. I wanted Lance more than most and am still thrilled! It certainly played out very dramatically, and our gang here had a great time with it via the thread.
