I'm assuming you mean our current roster + Durant - Lebron & Deng. It's hard to say because there's no way to predict how the Spurs season will go, but we would have a shot. But there are just too many variables to account for.

I think people forget that Duncan is already 38 years old and will turn 39 next April. He could literally go from very good to very bad overnight.

Our current team with KD will win the East and depending on the match-up in the West may win it all. With KD we gain a lot of what we lost with LeBron leaving. Defense would still be my one concern because while Deng can guard 2s and 3s, we still won't have someone to put on the quicker PGs. KD is the only other guy in the league right now who distorts and shifts defenses like LeBron does. Curry and Dirk are close but LeBron and KD are on a different level. Ballhandling will also remain a concern.

No. we have the same problems as before with less defense. Lebron can score but he is no Lebron, doesnt have the power. Durant also needs to whistle whereas Lebron can transcend his game without getting the calls. Now if we have a decent big that we go to and actually have good ball movement then sure Durant here could win one.

I also believe that if we took Lebron off the ball and used him like OKC uses Durant that we could have won. OKC uses Durant as an option to pass the ball to while we use Lebron as the only option. Durant cant win like that.

We can win a title with Durant, as long as Bosh and Wade shows up. Durant also gives us an advantage where he puts the Spurs in foul trouble, with Lebron you can hit him as hard as you like and there will be no foul.

No way ! Not sure how it will work with KD in offense because he is a great playmarker, he is a terrific scorer that's for sure. i think this year will reveal more weakness in Durant's game specially after that series against the Grizzlies with Tony Allen's defense. This year, i can see more and more coach using a shooting guard to defend him, his weak Ballhandling was spotted !
In defense, there will be no Ibaka to cover him.

We wont win at all.

I don't think so. The offense would still be ridiculously efficient but the defense would have similar problems. Sure if we were super hot and they were super cold we could win but that's true for a lot of teams.

Nothing to do with the Heat and should be thrown to the GB where it belongs.

By the way who did Lebron shut down in the Finals? lol Cause I remember everyone in the Spurs going off on us. So if Lebron isn't playing defense then we're just talking offense here and Durant isn't the playmaker Lebron is but he can do a lot of things offensively in Lebron's level.

The spurs played the best basketball I've ever seen in the Finals. No one was beating those guys. Not sure of 2015 but if they are that hot again then everything is academic.

Yeah obviously because Durant is so much better than LeBron.

If we had Durant in the recent Finals he would have single-handedly erased our 200 point deficit.

No doubt about it....the last 4 years defenses could just pack the paint on us and force us to shoot jumpers all game...Durant changes that equation.
