The Kyrie 90 for 5 deal has to drop that down a full letter. They get a B from me and back to an A if they trade their draft scraps for Kevin Love.

I understand Kyrie isn't good enough to warrant that deal but he is still only like 21 or 22 and he is averaging about 21 and 6.

Yeah, I'm very glad we got a guy who gives the same production for 4 years, 27 million.

Cleveland get an F for allowing LeBron to take over GM duties. Way too much power for one player and they will regret it.

So a team that wins 33 games all of last season convinces their one star player to stay for five years, drafts the guy with supposedly the most potential in the draft, and then somehow gets the best player in the world making them instant contenders and some of you guys say they did not have a great offseason. Is that right? What are you talking about. You cannot be serious. They had arguably the best offseason I have ever seen for any team let alone a team that has been terrible for four straight years. I bet some of you guys think the Suns offseason of Isaiah Thomas, Anthony Tolliver, and P.J. Tucker is more successful right? Right. Sure. Uh huh.

Yeah they have had a great offseason in terms of acquiring players, but to me they are undoing it by giving one PLAYER waaay too much influence.

How so? He did not pick the coach. He did not get anyone traded. The only thing he did was get them to sign Mike Miller which is a great signing. And as the Ohio sports reporter Sam Amico stated today, Andrew Wiggins has not been offered in any trade proposals for Kevin Love regardless of what the media has said.

Even if they didn't get lebron. I'm envious to the fact they got a potential franchise player with the first pick.

McD is awesome, but for some reason this front loading of the contract seems like one of Babbys tricks. He knows his stuff when it comes to the money tricks

The fact that they are going after Love at all is because LeBron wants it. Ray Allen will sign because of LeBron. Mike Miller signed because of LeBron.

The coach was already hired before he got there otherwise I'm sure he would have had influence there too..

Yeah but you play to win a championship. If they add Kevin Love and have a big three of Lebron, Love, and Irving, who in the East is going to beat them? Plus Miller and Allen off the bench. The point is to win championships. Andrew Wiggins could be years away from being an all star player if he ever even gets there. However, I doubt they are going to trade him anyway. Now think about how much power the Suns were willing to give Lebron. They said to him, we will sign you and let you bring any player of your choosing with you and we will max them as well. And in doing so, we will trade any contract we need to in order to make that happen. Now that is a lot of power and the Suns were willing to do it. And you know what, it would have been worth it, because it would have made the Suns championship contenders. They would not have even thought twice about it.

That's an awesome deal. Considering the low mileage on PJ's body, I think we could get at least similar level of production from him in 3 seasons. I understand the negativity around a front-loaded deal and why it's so under-utilized but when it is put into effect, it's genius.

The fact that that they are going after Love is because they are an NBA team, and Love is a top-10 NBA player. You don't think the Bucks front office is ALSO going after Love? Or Boston? Or Philly? Or us?

Cleveland has a shot of landing Love because of Lebron, not the other way around.

I'm really surprised that Minnesota is not acccepting Chicago's reported offer of Taj, Mirotic and McDermott. If Flip is the GM and coach and wants to win now, that, for me easily trumps the other offers.

I'd rather hold out for Wiggins if I were the Wolves... or Bledsoe. :D
