because hes in phoenix now coming off the bench behind bledsoe/dragic. hes only valuable as a starter really, his stats coming off the bench were just okay - 13/4/2 with 1 steal and 1.5 threes. he'll probably get closer to like 16/5/3 with a few more minutes in phoenix but he aint getting 34 mpg anymore.
