Gutting the team? We're talking Noah for Kevin Love right?

Regardless of where he's playing basketball, the stats suggest that he is indeed a top 10 player in the NBA.

With that said, I could care less...

I want the other deal

8-)

Well that OTHER deal you want is gutting the team

So Noah for Love is gutting the team?

and

Taj/Dunleavy for Waiters/Martin/Dieng or Thompson is gutting the team?

Got it...

The Knicks recently attempted to make a trade for Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love, offering forward Amar'e Stoudemire and his enormous expiring contract, second-year guard Tim Hardaway, Jr. and swingman Iman Shumpert, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Well considering this is the love thread I didn't even know you were talking about a trade like that.

We also again down play our line up to put there's on a pedestal. We are no walk in the park and they also have to make it through us.

Just underacheiving teams over and over and over. and he's a weak pussy.

Whilst i think you're being overly harsh and think he would certainly have a role here and would help us, i do agree to an extent.

His 19 PPG and efficiency numbers are as hollow as they come. However, that doesn't mean he couldn't be a decent 13-15 PPG scorer/shooter for us off the bench.

I'd happily add Martin to this team, just not for Gibson.

Taj is worth so much more on the market and clearly impacts a game in more ways.

Could you please expand on this? Exactly what type of value do you think he could bring us back? How come we have never heard of a trade proposal for Taj Gibson? He's a good basketball player and a great back-up but we can win without Taj, I'm sure.

This is the part people don't understand. Taj is a really good player even at his age that everyone always wants to bring up.

Love is not one trick pony who can shoot and rebound only. He's got great BBIQ with amazing passing abilities to boot and he scores within the flow of the offense.

So why didn't he take the wolves anywhere

Here's a link that explains why.

I didn't say we were. I said we could be them, but it ain't gonna be easy. We need a lot of things to break right.

This is the part Gar/Pax apparently don't understand since they've brought in an all-star PF this offseason, another highly touted PF, and are now inquiring about yet another PF.
