Those pieces alone couldn't possibly get anyone who would help our roster. Kratz would be an improvement on their current backup catcher, though.

I think the organization is losing a lot of the goodwill in Buffalo with which it began the season, and a lot of that can be blamed on AA's indecisiveness with options. As I mentioned elsewhere, the Bison have set a single season team record for player movement, and it's only late July. They have had 61 players total on their roster, the single season record is 69.

By all means, let's create a climate where we end up losing the affiliation and having to go back to a place like Las Vegas. And by all means lets support an incompetent use of resources where options mean more that merit

The former seems more likely.

I would also hope this spells the end of Goins' current run here, but we'll see.

Kratz is a good defender and can frame pitches, his bat might have improved a little bit and Hendricks has good peripherals in AAA, so we did give up some value
