got to give credit where its due, Bonnell's post-game recap had some interesting stuff on the Pargo - Kemba dynamic.

Between the sell-out, opening night and the name change, the Charlotte Hornets were an emotional mess Wednesday, especially early.

“We were all too amped up,” third-string point guard Jannero Pargo recalled.

So Pargo went to work on Kemba Walker’s head, telling him to stop stressing, that he’d get his chance because “from the first shot he wanted it too much.”

Dr. Pargo to the rescue. Walker made two huge jumpers – the first to force overtime, the second the game-winner with five seconds left – for a 108-106 victory at Time Warner Cable Arena.

“We were terrible at one point, but they (a sell-out crowd of 19,439) stuck with us,” said Walker.

“I struggled all game. I was kind of down and Jannero kept talking to me, saying, ‘You’ll get your shot.’ ”

At least he's still getting paid for his sake it's more like sick leave or work compensation. His old ass having back problems prolly spelled the end.

He was my favorite player to watch in a blowout. I remember one game last season he scored like 8 points in a little over a minute. I wanted him to get double figures so badly.

He'll probably join the organization as an assistant coach over the summer.

I think it was the bucks that he would always go nuts against. I remember some teams announcers getting mad when he came in because they knew he would light them up, which he promptly did.
I hope he gets a gig as an assistant, even behind the scenes with practices. Seems like he filled the role of a player/coach well
