athletically he looked fine but every shot attempt was at the rim, and his passing wasn't really there but he was mostly passing to poor offensive players that couldn't do anything

Rose himself just acknowledged on this interview with Grant Hill that he's missing his wind. Hopefully, just getting more accustomed to the game will get him back in game shape.

Maybe severely reduce the number of cameramen back there? I mean, do you really need like 2 dozen cameras back there? Maybe put more emphasis on the NHL-style backboard camera? I don't know

He seemed giddy and out of rhythm at times. I'm just thankful he's physically there. Now it's about getting his timing and rhythm.

Honestly looks exactly how I expected him to. That 2013 Rose who clearly had all his athleticism back and just pretty rusty at times.

Though when we saw Westbrook come back from his injury, compared to the ACL return I was completely confident Rose wouldn't lose a step. Just like Russ, Rose comes back while looking like he hasn't missed a step.
