C'mon guys, this is sports, this type of things happen every so often, it just seems people are horrified due to how the injury looked and how gruesome it was. But the truth is, there are more extreme injuries that happen, which are much more serious than PG's which don't look as gruesome upon viewing them, but have vastly more dire consequences.
Yes, it should be acknowledged that a really good player went down, and people should wish him well, but lets not pretend that the guy died playing basketball and that all these players need to start taking it easy, and stop playing basketball all together. Lets stop this nonsense, and stop being so damn ridiculous.
Exactly. I've seen people react as if somebody died. My goodness. Then, we have people saying that ESPN is wrong for even showing it. Bulllcrap.. What a bunch of crap. Your kids shoot each up on bloody video games and most R rated movies are more gory than PG's leg breaking. But, shield the children from having to see a guys leg bend in half.
He broke his leg. Yes, it was gruesome and hard to watch. But get a grip people. He's alive and well and his family will be fed for generations whether he ever plays again or not.
You want to pray? Pray for the guy down the street who just got laid off and has to feed his children.. he needs your prayers. Pray for kids who go to bed hungry every night.. they need it more than Paul George.
I'm just glad Derrick Rose looked great. Sucks for PG and the Pacers and their fans... but, hey, now they know how it feels to be a Bulls fan for the last few years... and screw Pacer fans. They suck. yeah, I said it. Screw this politically correct BS. Now, let me tell you how I really feel...
