Anyone have a Pistons contact? Business Related!

Post#1 » by AChand90 » Thu Jul 31, 2014 8:00 pm

Good afternoon, fellow Pistons fans!

I am a real estate agent in Michigan and I have come across a home I believe to be perfect for any one of the newly signed Pistons players.. specifically Jodie Meeks as he is on a long-term contract. I am not trying to spam- if this is not allowed then please delete this post but do not ban me. I am an avid reader of RealGM.

Anyways, I am looking for a Pistons contact.. an email to management, or the player's agents to get this home in front of them. It is in Pine Knob on the golf course overlooking the 18th fairway. It is in a gated community and the home says LUXURIOUS. I would have attached the flyer but you must be a paid member of Imageshack now to direct link. I have posted the link to the home, though.

If anyone has a connect to get this home in front of the Pistons organization or any of it's players- it would be greatly appreciated!

Seriously!?!?! Screw San Francisco -- I wish I could get my wife to leave, but she loves it here.

That mortgage is less than what we pay in rent. We don't have the down payment yet, but we could probably get the loan. Sonofoa b, I wish I was back in Michigan.

The last thing I'd do is plant down serious roots where my team is. You never know when you'll get traded or when your career will end suddenly.

Rent something cheap, buy where you really want to live after basketball.

Bball players like lavish pads, luxurious things and exclusivity.. for this, rent or buy it will not be 'cheap'. Renting is for the birds anyway.. let's build some equity rather than throw $2500+ out of the window each month for something you have no ownership of.

If someone provides a connect that gets a deal done.. then they will be provided with a very generous gift.

I know a guy who knows a girl in marketing, but I don't know how relevant that is to what you're looking for.

You're crazy. Depending on the suburb, that would be worth anywhere from $5-15 million. Australia has some of the most expensive real estate in the world.

I live in Perth Western Australia and I can confirm this. In fact, id be surprised if it wasn't worth more as you wouldn't build this style of house in an average suburb.

I believe perth is the most expensive city in the country, but even in Melbourne something like that is going for huge bucks ($5 million at least depending on the suburb)

Dunno where the poster above got the idea Australia has cheap houses lol

I live in Bubdaberg QLD. Prior to that I lived in Cairns for 9 years.

Armed with $500k you could build or buy an amazing property.

Capital cities in Oz might be very expensive but depending on your career/job you don't have to live in one

Armed with 500k in Perth you might find a 3x2 on a 400sqm block where I live.

While you can get cheap areas etc, calling Australia cheap for real estate is ridiculous.
