As far as who is next in line I think a tag team of Nick Arison and Andy are the heirs to Riley's throne.

If you can't stand the HEAT then get out of Miami.

I think that Riley will be here for 4-5 more years. IMO it would be amazing to groom Wade for a FO position now until he retires. The two reasons are:
1. Wade would be an incredible face for recruiting players to come play in MIA.
2. It would further cement the #HEATLifer credo we have adopted. Zo, Timmy, Wade and Haslem as integral members of your post-Riley organization would be a tremendous statement.

He will atleast stay until 2016 to see who we can land. Next in line would be Zo.

We are in good hands people.

I don't want to think about this. If the Big 3 dynasty had gone for a few more years, he may have liked to go out with it. But now he's not leaving until he builds another title team. He is most likely the most important figure our franchise will ever have. Very few teams have ever had such an influential architect.

Nick Arison is gonna own the team eventually, he doesn't care about being president. Zo is next in line.

That is already happening, Pat is teaching Zo and Zo is teaching Wade and Haslem. This is one of the reason why Lebron left. He seen that a plan was already in place for players to move into a prominent role in the franchise and Lebron would had to wait behind Wade and Haslem.

Pat has a structure and culture put in place. Hopefully that structure and culture will continue on with Zo, Wade and Haslem successfully.
