Hated for being traded for two number one picks, and another first? But why? (Feel free to add either Ryan Renolds, or the alien from Galaxy Quest)

2 number1 picks for an Al Jefferson type PF (good stats, not so much impact on wins).

Is HUGE...

Assuming Bennet becomes atleast decent and Wiggins live up to potential.

Why hasn't Ennis signed,
You can't trade a rookie till 30 days after he signs right?

Can't believe that pick still makes me mad.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

I honestly think he was a pick for another team on draft night. I think that a trade was set up and fell through. I don't think he was someone the suns targeted.

My guess would be the raptors. They were widely known for really wanting Ennis.

I think horford is more available than people might think. Bill Simmons mentioned in an article early summer that Atlanta quietly shopped him at the deadline but was asking for alot. He made a small mention to horford on his recent podcast with windhorst.

I think the price tag on Al is going to be really high. I have no idea if Atlanta would want Bledsoe but I would expect the suns will make a call on horford.

I felt the same way and mentioned it on draft night that I wouldn't be surprised if McD was trying to take Toronto's guy (who picked 2 picks later) with Harris and Hood on the board and was going to try a trade to also acquire a pick like Philly did with Orlando (by taking Payton 2 picks before Orlando and trading him for Saric and a pick) but then Toronto backed out. It was just a possible speculation, but it certainly wasn't a popular one in our draft thread when I said it.

I didn't think we were going to keep Ennis when we drafted him.

I still think they are trying to deal him.

Also think they are waiting for the beldsoe situation to resolve before he is traded.

I actually like Ennis, but Harris would have possibly been a steal there. He is a two way player that will probably be a very good shooter. Ennis could end up being great, but will he really get a chance especially if Bledsoe is still around? If we re-sign Dragic we would have three very good point guards under contract for at least four years.

Though I guess they could be trade assets, and Ennis could have a very good group of guys to learn from when it comes to what to expect at the nba level.

I really haven't seen much of his game play. After the whole Marshall debacle, I really only wanted to draft athletic guards. Hopefully Ennis does one of two things. 1) becomes a very good player. 2) nets us something good in a trade.

Damn Cleveland is having a killer summer but I think the Bulls are the best team out east. They match up really well with the Cavs because of their size. I see the final four being Spurs/Clipps/Bulls/Cavs. Thunder didn't do enough to improve their team IMO.

Spurs/Clippers/Thunder/Memphis/Dallas/Warriors can probably rep the west.

I wouldn't put it past any of those teams to make it if healthy.
East just like last year ECF is predetermined in august

Cavs and Bulls.

I hope Marion doesn't sign with the Cavs...its gonna give them an even easier cakewalk to the Finals.
